This weekend, May 30-June 2, USA Baseball is proud to host
the Cary, N.C.
Regional in the NCAA Division I Men's Baseball Tournament. As many of you know our National Training Complex
has been the surrogate home for the North Carolina Tar Heels this year as they
build their brand-new Boshamer Stadium in nearby Chapel Hill.
Holding the national No. 2 seed in this year's tournament,
UNC will be hosting a regional for the third year in a row. Joining the Tar Heels in Cary is UNC-Wilmington, Elon and Mt. St. Mary's. This
double-elimination tournament begins Friday, May 30 at 2pm as UNC-Wilmington
takes on Elon. North Carolina will then face Mt. St. Mary's at 6pm.
If you have yet to see the USA Baseball National Training Complex,
this would be a great time to see it! So
come out to Cary
and divulge in a weekend that will surely be full of baseball, hot dogs and
loyal, rowdy fans. We'll be there!
